1. Registration Fees  

- **For charitable funds, charitable organizations, and students**: All publications are free of charge.  

- **Individual registration for commercial organizations**: £30 per event  

- **Group registration for commercial organizations**: £25 per person for groups of 5 or more  

2. Event Hosting Fees  

For charitable funds, charitable organizations, and students: **All events are hosted free of charge.**  

For commercial organizations and other entities generating profit:  

- **Basic Package**: £500 (includes venue booking, basic sound system, and standard lighting)  

- **Premium Package**: £1,000 (includes everything in the Basic Package plus premium sound and lighting and promotional materials)  

3. Sponsorship Packages  

The following sponsorship packages are available for commercial organizations:  

- **Silver Sponsorship**: £2,000 (Logo on event materials, website, and a booth at the event)  

- **Gold Sponsorship**: £5,000 (Silver benefits plus main stage mentions and larger booth space)  

- **Platinum Sponsorship**: £10,000 (Gold benefits plus premium booth location and featured promotional activities)  

- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a £10 processing fee  

- 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund  

- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available  

5. Additional Services  

Additional services are available only for commercial organizations:  

- **Photography Package**: £200 (event coverage with 50 edited photographs)  

- **Video Recording**: £500 (full event coverage with edited video up to 2 hours)  

- **Catering Services**: Prices vary based on menu selection and the number of attendees. Please contact us for a detailed quote.  

6. Payment Methods  

Payment methods are available only for commercial organizations and entities generating profit:  

- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)  

- PayPal  

- Bank Transfer
